savestate has information for ewram, iwram, vram, palette, io and oam and next pc.
ewram is in size 0x40000 bytes, iwram is in size 0x8000 bytes, vram is in size 0x18000 bytes, palette is in size 0x400, io is in size ~0x200 bytes, and oam is 0x400 in bytes.
added all together: 395776 bytes - say you compressed it with lz77 with 50% ratio, you'd use 200kb per savestate.
