Hacking G6 Real + NDS Lite

I'm thinking to buy a new G6 Real and NDS Lite

. But before I have some question. My brother have a NDS fat

with an M3 CF. I flashed the NDS, so we don't need to use the passcard.

1- Do I need to flash my NDS lite to use the G6?

2- If no, is it preferable to flash it anyway to use other fonction??

3- Is there a possibility to use my save from the M3 and transfer it to the G6 real?

and last question not about the G6

4- why should I put protection on my touch screen? On the DS fat we didn't put protection on the touch screen, and when I play games I don't see scratch ..., I can see some scratch if I put the screen in the good angle

1) You do not need to flash your ndsl if you are going to use the G6 Real
2) You may use a flashed Ndsl along with the G6 Real
3) Yes it is possible to transfer saves from the M3 to the G6 Real.

The G6 range has always been good, I personally choose this one because of the build quality and the fact that no separate memory card is required. Perfect robust build for the kids with no popping-out SD bits.

People moan about compatibility but the whole range of G6 tends to be the most compatible with games, homebrew mostly tends to work with some patience tweaking it. The updates are frequent and the package is cheap.

The others look good, but I wouldn't trust the SD versions with my kids...

because of no need of extern memory. SD card can have bad compatibilty some times, so i just take the G6 that I will not have this problem with.

You won't have most of the problems that come with external memory and some of their associated slot 1 cards (arm7 fixes, etc).

What about getting the G6 from RHS?

I got my CycloDS Evolution, R4, and G6 Real 16Gb from them with no problems.

thanks for the savegames converter, gonna be really usefull for me!

I command it on kickgaming, the price was 65.5$ CAD so was a little bit less then RHS and I already comand my m3 cf from there. And the shipping price is low too.
