I suppose, in fact the g6real 16gb official date is 12july and this could be the same date for new firmware.

I began with the slot-2 G6 Flash 2G, and apart for some compatibility issues that all carts had at their time, I've never been disapointed.
I guess the biggest let down is the recent lack of updates (Zelda

)

Depending on the price I might go for the slot-1 16GB

If it's really out they must be updating it, since they just updated the slot-2 page

mmmh! it doesn't work for me :| when i try to run a hb came out a screen "Homebrew" and with two picture, one of a ds pack and of a gba pack, if i press one of the two appears an infinite screen with loading in the bottom corner right, ACC! do you can run hb?

I tested DSOrganize and works like a charm. However i can't run the latest version of moonshell, it justs show a white screen.

Anyone can help how to properly setup moonshell 1.71 on G6DS Real?


@Bergunzo Is that homebrew you try to run DLDI Compatible? Because if it isn't i doubt that it will work.

i try to run a lot of homebrews, but what do you do when you try to launch hb?

I simply copy the homebrew file "example.nds", go to mycard and i launch it with A. In the screen that has the 2 devices (nds & gba) i leave it at default.

I can not get NesDS work can anyone help me(I am totally noob about this) It just says that the DLDI Driver is missing. What should I do?

I just leave it at default setting. I just press A when that screen with those 2 devices pops up. Then if the homebrew is DLDI Compatible, it loads after 4-5 seconds.

Sorry to hear that, maybe it was just bad luck and the data corrupted. Format and try again. I tested nesDS & snesDS and are working fine. And they doesn't need anything special i simply copy nesDS.nds & snesDS.nds in the card and are patched automatically.

The only thing i can't run is moonhell 1.71. I don't understand how to setup it properly. Anyone please can help on that? Moonshell was one of the main reasons i waiting for DLDI lol

Did you try to replace the entire system folder instead of just copying the dldi file? Because this is what i did.
