Alright so i saw a G6 Lite that came with a white DS and i might buy it to replace my broken DS Lite . so yea .

Things i'm probably wondering of it's any good .

- Compatibility with NDS Roms
- Compatibility with GBA Roms
- Media Compatibility ( what it compatible with )
- Capacity of G6 Lite .

so yea hope you can answer this .

Hell no, don't buy one of these.
I had one and it really sucks.
It has almost 100% compatability some roms still don't work and the team makes updates VERY VERY hard.
As for media it has moonshell.
It is one of the most expensive and it has only 512MB.
It gets corrupted very easily I lost my saves like 3 times.
Luckily I sold it to someone and got a Supercard+3in1+2GB instead.
I really don't recommend it.

I´ve had mine for two years now, and unlike the previous poster, I´ve never had any major problems with it. Games still save fine, updates are by far not infrequent, compatability with GBA/NDS as well as homebrew (gratitude goes to DLDI) is great. The only gripes I have with it are that:

a) The interface isn´t as customizable as with some cards/carts on the market. You´re stuck with the standard, yet pragmatic, design.

b) You only have 512 MB of space. It suffices, but pales in comparison to other flash devices available.

c) The GBA loader is sort of slow.

If you can get one for a decent price (got mine for 80 USD, including a Passcard 3, it should be available for... I guess 40-50 USD now?), it´s recommendable, but I wouldn´t spend too much on it. There are better carts out there, I suppose.

oh alright then i guess it's best not to get it ?

cause well the DS came with it and i heard that you can use the SuperCard DS One V3 as a PassMe ? buit still i would most likely just want it since it's free that comes with the DS but if it isn't that great then i will just ask to decrease the price and not include the G6 Lite ?

If you look on the forums you will see it has a major problem with corruption if you are not extra care with it. You have to put the cart in the burner then in the computer after you write on it you have to use safely remove hardware remove the burner and then remove the cart. If you are in a hurry and by accident remove the cart from the burner and don't remove it from the computer first you have big chances of getting a corrupted one. I saw some cases in which it workes perfectly but I also saw a lot of cases in which it got corrupted. It is not a big problem as it can be fixed easily but you lose all your saves. AFAIK it has a low amount of SRAM and new games with big save files will not work on it.
You can use the Supercard as a PassMe.
It seems too expensive for 80$ you can get a Supercard DSONE+3in1+2GB and have 15 extra bucks.
You can see how much the guy drops the price.IMO you better buy a 3in1 and play the NDS games on the Supercard and the GBA on the 3in1

It's really hit or miss, I guess.

I love my g6lite. It's never gotten corrupted on me, and the rom compatibility is phenomenal. With the release of DLDI patching, homebrew has never been easier. If you take care of this thing, it'll serve you well. The only downside is the limited 512Mb memory. There's no harm in purchasing a new DS lite with that cart. You can always get a slot-1 solution later on.

How much more are you paying for it? Is the seller inclusing a passcard? (needed to use the G6 lite).

Well the compatibility is more or less great: homebrew emulators work, the gba is just perfect, but the NDS compatibility !Oh boy! the updates are comming with a really wide gap between.

And it is really a shame because it is(and was) the most expensive flash card for DS.

I have a G6 lite for a year now and I can say I am very satisfied in it. Not much problem

My g6 lite is almost two years old, and as been very good to me, i use it now on the gameboy player for the gamecube, and it still functions.

Even the best G6 stories are from buyers who got this when it WAS the best option on the market. Now, of course, you can get more reliability, memory, AND price. Heck, the G6 Lite doesn't support Download Play if sending to an unflashed DS, and most other new cards do now. I like my G6 Lite fine--rarely does it bugger up on me--but if I was starting fresh, I'd go for something like the Supercard.

I think it is great! crap support but old stuff works as well as new stuff... just not as good as old stuff. I've had one for 2 years now, works fine

The only real beef I have with the G6 Lite, is the lack of updates. Seems that it's finally dead. If I ever get a slot 1, I'll be putting it into it's GBA case and use it for GBA homebrew etc...

It's the same with the M3 Perfect (and it's various flavors). It seems as though they've abandoned their slot-2 cards in favor of M3 Sakura, M3 DS Simply, and their other slot-1 cards.
