Hacking G6 CHT List?

I just wondering, since GBA games are patch-able with *.CHT files (with U-Disk Manager)
is there any actual CHT name list? so I could know which *.CHT file should I apply with... ?
I been searching www.g6flash.com and find no clue about it.

Check you G6 U-Disk Manager installing folder, under GBA_CHEAT_ENG.
There are CHT files for the GBA game according to ROM #.
Currently it's upto #2301. If the CHT file is available for the game you're able to patch, U-Disk Manager will automatically detect it.
Otherwise, you can patch it with your own CHT file.

Thanks, I manage to upload the cheats *Write CHT*
however I can't manage to get it work within the game (although I'm already using RTS and set Game Cheat Menu), strange it doesnt work for the game (Harvest Moon FOMT US)
