Bootmii is installed as an IOS or as Bootv2...NEVER on an SD-Card. These are only some small Files which can be restored, I guess (Arm and .ini for shure). Summary: BootMii is still on your Wii. Now think, please...

-Did you installed BootMii as Bootv2? Have you done an NAND-Backup before the Brick? If so, you'll be saved...do that:

-Download these files (my Files for 0.5...Attention: Display-Mode is PAL6o...maybe change it to NTSC)
-Unrar it
-Place it in the Root of your SD
-Put SD in SD-Slot on your Wii
-Boot your Wii up
-Restore

!!! BootMii as IOS won't work, resulting you need to send your Wii to Nintendo = $$$!!!

And next time: Why deleting a 239.6 KB big Folder? Use BootMii-Configurator instead, and set it to Autoboot Menu, 0 Delay.

Aha bootmii files are installed inside the Wii (the files on SD are not so important you can find them easy). If you didn't uninstall the bootmii inside your wii then no prob. But from the other hand people that were "pissed" by Bootmii get what they deserve

If you have bootmii as boot 2 and not have an NAND backup i can make one for you with betwiin.

only thing i need is your key.bin file (you can make a key.bin file if you make a NAND dump even if ist the dump from the bricked state)

If it's a full brick with no bootmii installed the only way you can fix this is infectus or NAND swap from another wii with boot mii, must be same boot1 and boot 2 or higher
btw you can tell your boot2 ver by looking at the Broadway chip number ie 48 boot2v2 or 70 boot2v3

you will need betwiin to rebuild the dump to match the ess key

i think you should do research. there are already so many threads regarding your question. in additions to this, the replies above by the others guys already perfectly discussed on what you have to do.
