Could you DL the latest build of Luma3DS here: http://astronautlevel2.github.io/Luma3DS/builds/Luma-afc6f51.zip and try it with that build?
(You only have to replace the arm9loaderhax.bin in the root of your SD card with that one!)

luma cfw is working perfectly.My only problem is decrypt9wip.when booting 3ds and hold the START button it boot the decrypt9wip but it freeze or hang see the photo

If your using a big sd card just wait like 5 minutes and see if it passes that screen

im using Patriot Microsd 128gb. ive done that already and still the same..........
