Hey guys, well my friend just got his wii chipped the other day and before i start i'd like to say i think i'm kinda too non-specifik to be asking in the asktemp section and yes i've seen the huge sticky topic where everyone can ask their questions there but it feels like my post will just be lost and i'm in kind of dire need of help asap xD. So, here's the thing, i've been out of the wii scene so increadibly long (since the lack of good games imo), but according to the guy that chipped it the wii had the latest thing so he had to like change the motherboard or whatnot. (hopefully that gives some clue of what chip it is)
That said i'm wondering if i have to use brickblocker or region free (or if there's some other program now) before burning the games etc.? Don't want to accidentally brick my friends newly chipped wii. Oh it's as a christmas present so that's why i'm in a hurry, oh and it's a Pal wii
