ROM Hack freeshop not loading

When I load freeshop I get the message "No cache entries found for your title keys." Any idea what is going on?

Even if you have title keys, the cache still has to be updated on your system.
Without the cache, title keys are useless. You should wait until a developer
updates the cache. For now, change your title keys to the ones that

It sounds more like they got the wrong site. There should be a cache fully accessible already seeing at on the newest version the cache process is fully automated.

Do you know if you have the full key site added to the url option within freeshop, and if it is. is there a refresh cache option to try to get everything back up to date with it.

The title key site I have is " its worked before now all of a sudden it stopped working.

That link should be removed as its against tos for posting. But, I dont see anything that should be out of place. Do you know if you have tried selecting refesh cache from the settings cog on lower screen while in freeshop?

Yeah I tried refreshing the cache and still get the same error. I also updated the shop from 2.2.0 to 3.1.7

How do I use/install freeShop?
quick tutorial here

1. Open FBI, go to Remote Install, then Scan QR Code
2. Visit https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-pauls-freeshop-fork-open-source-eshop-alternative.483159/ on your computer and scan the QR code at the beginning of the thread with your 3DS
3. Hit A to install
4. Google search 3DS titlekeys on your computer
   
5. Click the QR code button underneath the heading 'enctitlekeys.bin'
6. Press B on your 3DS until you get back to the main FBI menu, then hit Start to exit
7. Open up freeShop
8. Tap the cog icon, then the Update tab
9. Tick the top checkbox on the touch screen
   
10. Tap the little QR code button that is near the top checkbox
11. Scan the QR code that appeared on your computer screen in step 5
12. Press Start to exit freeShop
13. Open up freeShop, and it is ready to use

can you access that url directly on your PC? your ISP could have blocked it...
