Hardware Freeloader and us wii

Since PAL systems are hard to find I decided on importing ntsc usa wii .Does the freeloader work in playing Pal games on an NTSC system?Also does the freeloader enable playing pal wi games or only pal GCN games on the wii?
Finally :where can I get it?

Freeloader does not work for Wii games as it is a GC product. A Wii Freeloader/AR is coming out soon apparently.

But it will work for Gamecube games.

a bit off/on topic, appearently the newer versions of freeloaders allow playing backups on gamecube systems. Can anybody confirm this. Secondly if this is the case does the same technique allow you to play gamecube backups on a wii?
