You made a bunch of mistakes. This is how the format should be, notice the differences.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 46 Spe
Ability: Levitate
Bold Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Rest
- Will-O-Wisp
- Volt Switch

Not capitalizing the beginning of every word in Volt Switch, EV spreads should be done using slashes, not commas. Post FC and get online.
