From playing it myself last night for the sake of trying it out I wasn't impressed with the game. Maybe some like it and some don't thought I would post it anyways. Have good day.

Starting May 19th, one game from No Gravity Games portfolio will become free every 24 hours for players who keep up with the giveaway chain. More info about the event can be found here.

If I recall correctly, I still had an active NSO last Christmas so I think you should be safe if you Switch region while having an active NSO. I'll check and report back.
