This is a "prologue" to Pathologic 3, but it's not just a demo of the beginning of the main game, but its own narrative. So similar to Half-Life: Uplink and Dead Rising 2: Case Zero. Although there's speculation that the delisting means the prologue will be incorporated into the main game.

I'm guessing that Train Sim World 6: Free Starter Pack is going to be free in perpetuity, per the name.

The main thing seems to be that if you get the free Starter Pack, you should also be able to play content from older TSW games, as they roll out compatibility for them:

STOVE is hosting an event called Indie Highlight Festival 2025 during which they'll be giving out some free games every week or so (limited to 5000 copies per game). Here's the lineup for the first batch of games:
Sadly, all free licenses will be removed at the end of October but you'll be able to buy whichever game you've played with 50% discount. There might be some other rewards for posting a feedback or leaving a review.
