Hacking Format System

Hi i recently modded my N3DS XL and I'm loving using it! I know I'm safe with it as i will always read and check on stuff first.

Unfortunately a couple of my friends are asking me to do theirs but I'm not confident in doing it for them unless I'm sure they won't end up with a brick.

So if i install A9LH and Luma. What are the chances of them messing up? Would a system format brick the console? Or them switching SD without copying files over?

If you format with A9LH installed it won't brick, it will just simply format the system as normal, switching files to a new sd card just make sure they format the card to FAT32 and backup the files from the current card and paste onto the new one

Thanks i was just worried they would brick. I'll never need to format mine. I know with WiiU it can brick when formatting.
