I'm gonna give away my a9lh 3ds to my brother but i dont want to give it to him with al the installed games that i had and the same fc
Do I have to system format and after that instal FBI trough the Health and Safety inject way ??

You could uninstall all games and simply reset your FC. (PM if you wanna know how)

Anyways, just get Godmode9, press R+Y to enable write permissions, go to [SysNAND or EmuNAND if you use it] CTRNAND, data, (32 character id), sysdata and delete 00010032 to reset FC.
