I want to play Naruto EX2 (JAP) on my NTSC Wii and was wondering if I need to patch it with wiifii or some other app because i thought that geckos had a built in feature that allowed other region games to be played? Thanks.

you can play it with wiigator's backup loader straight up
or waninkoko's backuploader (assuming you have 3.2U and patched it to PAL with wiifrii)

or if you have a mod chip do what willy101 said.

Japanese games are pretty easy to run on a US system, as they're also NTSC.

EU games are harder to run. Since many TVs don't handle PAL.
so you're saying that all i need to do is patch it w/ waninkoko's tool and burn it

yes but you have to run it with wiigator's loader.
