Official nintendo magazine just tweeted that Flipnote Studios will be available on the UK Dsi Shop for ZERO points this friday.

i read aswell. update if you want... it blocks flascarts as you know. if you got a dsl.ds phat, use your flashcart on that and update your dsi.

From what I've read it will be always free. So you can wait for the flashcarts to get updated with correct firmware, upgrade your DSi, and then download.

No, it's free in Japan and even has free updates every so often to improve the software. It's still free in Japan, too.

Well I ordered an M3i Zero which, is also still blocked.
