Homebrew Flipnote Studio on 3DS

I don't have a DSi, and I don't want to wait any longer for FS3D, so is there anyway to play the DSi version on the 3DS?

If ye can play Minecraft, surely ye should be able to play Flipnote.

The "Minecraft" for the 3DS is homebrew, and very limited (it's a homebrew clone, no survival).
