The 192.168.x.x and 10.x.x.x blocks are private. therefore the internal ip address 192.168.1.25 will also be private and connectivity limited to your local area network. try using a service to find your external lP address, try typing it into google. It should be something like 67.187.x.x or 72.x.x.x, depending on your ip address.

Oh one more thing: can you recreate the mailbox service?
My idea is this: you can create a botmail wich every time wich someone writes a comment send a mail at a temporary mail (wich will be generate randomly by users by getairmail.com for example) and every time wich users receive this mail, on homepage of sudofox will be on mailbox section the alert with this content of this email sended by botmail.

Could be this possible?

I'm not working on this anymore, but if you're interested in a flipnote hatena replacement with working comments and mails, then check out Sudomemo.
The guy who put it together was more interested in the community than i, and have gathered a large community aswell.

I've deactivated service on the server now because of abuse. It shall remain online as a proof of concept, but does not have any functionality anymore. If you're interested using such a server try heading over to either Sudomemo or try setting up your own
