Does anyone know what Actel chips are in each flashcard?

M3 DS Real:
M3 Simply:
R4 Revolution:
G6 Real: Actel ProASIC 3
Cyclos:
Super Card DS One: Actel ProASIC 3
TopTopys:
all the others?

I'm just curious as I've heard that there are new Actel chips or Datel Chips out that the newer cards are using.
Is this true and if so which flashcard has the latest chips installed?
Also which flashcard has the older chips installed?
What are the differences between older Actel Chips and newer Actel Chips?

Jimmy

Edit:
M3 DS Real: Actel A3P250
M3 Simply: Unknown custom ASIC
R4 Revolution: Same unknown chip as M3S
G6 Real: Actel A3P250
Cyclos: Actel A3P250 (old) or A3P060 (new)
Super Card DS One: Actel A3P250
TopToy DS: ???? pic here
DS-Xtreme: Actel A3P250
EZ V: Probably another Actel FPGA (no photo)
N-Card and clones: Actel A3P250
Acekard RPG: ???? pic 1 pic 2
Acekard/Acekard+: Altera MAX II
Ninjapass X9: Actel A3P250
DSLink: something Altera IIRC, but I gave mine away

well, if you'd've looked at the pics of the black cyclos, you can see the FPGA that they use, so:
Cyclos: Actel ProASIC 3

The newer batch 4 ones use a different package type(should be better) of the 60k gate variety, while the older Evos use BGA package 250k gate variety. IIRC they're something like the FPS060 v. FPS250 or something similar.

From the picture Diglett posted, the acekard appears to be hynix 73p.....couldn't make out the letters after that.

Also, I've noticed that the review samples that tend to get photographed usually have their chip markings rubbed off. A photo of a retail version might be better for identification.

great post.

Does anyone know the difference between each chip? I hear AceKard's chip is the latest. Any big benefits when it comes to which chip being used by each card?

Why do they do that?

I don't know exactly, but I suppose they want as little information as possible leaking to any potential copycats. Though it wouldn't seem very difficult to find out what chip it is and quite a lot more if your imitators were determined enough. (cough) WiiKey
