Well - I guess you could make a start by looking at the list of firmware on http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/

There's quite a few R4 clones mentioned there, plus 'genuine' cards - it won't have all of them (especially any 'new' R4 that have come out) .. but it's a start
