Because nobody helped me, I found my own fix (I won't blame you )
You "may" lose your saves, so be sure to backup all saves before.
Use JK's SaveManager, there is a mass save extractor/injector in it!

1) Backup nnidsave.bin with Decrypt9

2) Open nnidsave.bin with HxD (hexadecimal editor)

3) Press Ctrl+A (Select All)

4) Replace every bytes by FF
Look if you don't understand what I mean:

5) Save the file.

6) Re-inject the nnidsave.bin file with Decrypt9

7) Try to login in Nintendo Network ID (NNID), or using Eshop

Ctrl-A to select all, Right Click, then fill selection. Change the hex values to FF and press enter.

Did this. Eshop resynced, but invalidated all of my legit, bought tickets. (All the games that I've actually bought now appear as corrupted under data management and Eshop only shows other peoples' tickets under redownload. Good thing I backed up my saves) Is there a way to force it to redownload them all?
