Hello everyone, i just thought i would share this here! Yes this is N.O.T. a shitpost, this is 100% real. Now, you may be asking yourself, the heck is this? well i will explain it to you!

Basically i ported FNaF 1 to 3DS once before, but it was very innacurate and contained things that the original game didn't have, so what did i do? Well i recoded and remastered the ENTIRE game from scratch! Its way better now, runs 60 FPS on both old/new systems, and is way more accurate!

I hope you enjoy, and ofcourse remember, bug reports and critism are always welcome!

I hope you enjoy the port! GLHF

I've found a bug, where when you pause while on Cameras you can look around on the other areas without wasting power, this also happens with the lights on the doors.

Also, i'm not sure, but I think the power drain rate is a little too quick, if not, then sorry

Well, be ready for some jumpscares. On your 3DS, too.
Would you ever try to port FNAF on the PSP, PS Vita and Nintendo Switch as well? How would they look like?
This port for 3DS features the map on the lower screen which makes it more easier to check your location (in the original PC version you always have to pause the game and open the menu, if I'm correct).

in fact a vita port has already been made and is available on vitaDB. I dont know if i am allowed to post a link to it here, but when you go on vitaDB and type Five Nights at Freddy's it should appear! As for the PSP, its actually one of the projects i am working on! i hope this helped you out! :)

This is one of the five posts GBATemp moderation is requiring me to make. I am not active on this forum.
Congratulations @BasHeemskerkDEV on this release. I recall you popping in to Nintendo Homebrew's #dev channel many months ago, knowing nothing about programming and wanting to make a FNAF port to 3DS. You asked all the dumb questions, got all the basic answers, and persisted until you learned enough to create this excellent looking release. Be sure to pat yourself on the back- you've clearly put a ton of effort into this. I'll be sure to play it soon (despite having never played the original FNAF.)
This release should be a testament to anyone who wants to learn homebrew development. I started out the same way- learning by asking dumb questions over and over for a singular goal of writing a desired application- and now I've been writing code for close to five years. To those reading this- look at this release, and know that you too can make homebrew! Anyone can feel free to ask questions on NH #dev at any time and myself and others will point you in the right direction. (I will not respond to DMs or pings on this forum.)

@Xdqwerty No you heard wrong, and don't believe till you experience yourself. Fallout 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. Yes it had issues early on, esp with older hardware like the xbox1, but it is awesome, esp now being 4k on Series S/X or PS5

@BigOnYa, Then i think people were talking about fallout 76
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    that one was buggy too
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, I may probably download fallout 3 or new vegas on my ps3
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
cuz I didnt like fallout 1 that much
