Gaming First Strike Map pack doesnt work

I bought the first strike map pack and it doesnt say i have it when im on black ops, yet it was downloaded and installed. I've looked on google and it says there is a region lock or something but in the psn store there was one pack only and it didnt download any region things with it. I'm pissed that i spent the money and now idk y it isnt working correctly.

Any suggestions?

what region it your PSN store

NA game needs the one from the NA store

EU game needs the one from the EU store

it doesnt even tell me to choose a code, it just downloads it. i saw a screen cap of it with all the region codes, yet mine doesnt do that. My ps3 is Na, my game is na, and i would assume when i go into the store its na. SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHY IT AINT WORKING.

I wouldnt mind as much if i didnt pay 15 dollars for it
