My earliest memory would be waking up at 6 in the morning to play super mario bros. 3 on the NES and finding my father still in the sofa in front of the tv beating the last level after playing from when he came home from work till he had to leave again. I don't know why but his face when he beat it has always stayed with me.

My first arcade gaming moment was playing Crazy Kong in the Skyway Plaza bowling alley in Burlington, Ontario. My first home computer gaming moment was Beach Head on the C64 (still love that game today). My first console gaming moment was a generic Radio Shack pong/hockey/tennis machine that my folks picked up cheap at a yard sale. I still remember messing around with the brightness and contrast controls so everything left trails!

Must be when I was around three years old and played a Chip's Challenge and Pipe Dream on our old 286 with Windows 3.11

Either that or Super Mario World on SNES.

mine is a Highscreen PC

still working quite good

The only two DOS games I remember playing is some NBA Live and Privateer(Wasn't there a full name for this or something?)... That's as old as it gets for me...

I remember some crappy game with witches on Commodore 64, and after that some flight simulation...and after that bunch of C64 games..It was more than 16 years ago, I think..

And then it was big pause, my next memory is getting Green Gameboy Pocket with Pokemon Red (in German, and I don't know shit about German language), and it was my first own console(handheld) that I got for myself..

I think it was Wacky Wheels DOS for computer.
First handheld was Tetris or Kirby's Dreamland 2
console: jet moto 2 for PSX
so long ago...

First gaming memory? Hmm... I would have to say it was going with my brother and father to the department store and buying our first videogame system... THE VECTREX. My father also let us pick two games and my brother picked Scramble and I picked StarHawk. I also remember playing all the Vectrex games. I think we had all the games but one. Ahhhh, those were the good ol' days.

(P.S. - I still have the system and it still works!)

Young pukes.

Atari 2600 playing Pong. And once we got Combat - me and my brother played that for -days-. Especially the levels where you could bounce shots off walls.

I just had a random memory pop up.

On our first home PC. Twas a tandy. 512k memory. Don't remember a hard drive at all on the thing (didn't know about it). All games were run from the 5 1/4 floppies (then the 3.5" came in shortly there after). Green monochrome monitor. Running off of dos, i played Gauntlet, Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy and Thexder. My dad picked up a game programming book from random book store, and we programmed a couple of games together (in the wonderful world of Basic).

Ahhh fun times.

I miss Thexder. :-\

Loading Frogger off a tape drive on a Commodore 64.... Wonder what happened to that tape... hmmm.

My first I think, was either:

- going to my freinds house and playing sonic the hedgehog on his master system
- playing the legend of zelda a link to the past on the super famicon#

or
- playing super mario land on the gameboy

my memory is poor...
