7/10 sounds about right, I'm not expecting much more from this one.

And 5's and 6's from the ones trying to compare it to the 360 game.

Very well said, C-Man. I completely agree with you on the fact that even if they look at it as a brand new game, they still won't be very impressed.

Well, no example comes to my mind right now, but I've played a lot of 6-7 games and enjoyed them a lot.

I still think that they should have never taken out the photo element of the game. Anyway it should be good for mindless zombie slaughter, 20 minutes here and there but I doubt its a game you can play for hours. Worth a download, I did buy the 360 game all that time ago so screw Capcom for making this "aimed at the casual crowd".

Ditto with Onechanbara if the Japanese version is anything to go by.

Well.. Nintendo Power gave Soul Bubbles a 6.. and I consider it one of the best games of 2008

Yeah, I liked being able to make photos

But it was mainly a novelty, so I can understand why they removed it. IIRC, the only real use for it is the Photographer challenge with that fellow you find just a while after you start the game. After that, with all those survivors acting like Lemmings and going directly into teh zombees' arms and getting stuck inside shops, I didn't have much time to make photos

How I wish reviewers didn't rate games too highly! If it weren't for the overuse of positive scores, and our bastardized mentality because of that, 5 should be an average score. It is half way between 0 and 10 after all

In an ideal world:
1 - Terrible
3 - Poor/Below Average
5 - Average
7 - Good
9 - Excellent
10 - Near faultless
