First day at "work"

So our school has this thing where we search a "job" for a week and then work there. I started today at a local store and I must say it is fun. All we actually did was organize shelfs, put stuff to shelves and we got some free time (lunchtime not included) so we just drank some coffee at the bottom of the building

For my work experience I went to the army for 8 days it was amazing. Are you getting paid for your work experience?

We dont get paid , unless the boss wants to pay.

Ha, we had to do this kind of crap for my old high school! The thing is, the program is designed for schools in/near cities, so not many people completed it.

I was studying for game design for my career choice (also, I love how they force you to choose ONE thing then won't let you branch out or change your mind), which meant I could skip it.

There are NO game design related jobs in Maine, much less the middle-of-nowhere area my school was in xD
