Hardware Firmware updates in recent games

Does anyone know which firmware updates come with recent American game cartridge releases? It would be nice for there to be a 9.2.0 game other than a relatively rare Smash Brothers 4 remaster.

Were any cartridge-based games released in Japan in the past several months? Besides Majora's Mask, which we know is 9.4.0.

Europe has that Cooking Mama game.

Right now there are none.
So your best option for now is to borrow a Sky3DS or something and get your hands on rev 1 Smash Bros.

I already have the 1.0.4 remaster of Smash Brothers 4. I'm just wondering what else is out there.
