Tried but error 2002-3580

Maybe make sense because when iwant to backup sysnand with nxnandmanager so at 99% error appears not possible to copy user data . i need some help i dont knw how to manage it

Use lockpick RCM, Get ya keys. Including ya biskeys make sure there are in the output file on sd card..
Make a full backup with hekate. or your emmc nand, and boot0 and boot1.

Now you can either Use memloader and hacdiskmount and Mount the user partition, then go to the directory and wipe it clean..

Or,

Use this guide.https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-...nofficially-without-burning-any-fuses.507461/
To apply a system update which should work, I would recommend using system version 5.1.0.
As choidujour.exe has issue with above 5.1.0 sometimes and 5.1.0 never fails.

Then after you followed the guide and using FS.kip in hekate to boot first time. <A must.
Using cfw to be able to use ChoidujourNX to update to the system version that matches your fuse count. >

Apart from following the guides and applying a manual system update, Or trying to wipe user partition there is not much i can suggest.

Goodluck, Do some research on the above ok.

I have an early switch that runs SX Pro fine which I'd updated to 9.1 firmware. Ca I safely update to 10.1 firmware and still use SX OS? Seems Spongebob Squarepants new game requires 10.

If its an early Switch, then that would imply its vulnerable to Fusee Gelee which is a hardware, not software, exploit, therefore firmware is irrelevant. And if you update, you have to use a version of SX OS that supports that firmware.
