I'm using an M3 MiniSD with a passcard 3. I'm wondering how to check my current firmware to see if I need an upgrade. I'm a bit worried to upgrade after reading the problems associated here:

http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=34608

(2) Is there a way I can set Game Manager to default using SD? Instead of asking CF or SD when I run it

(3) Can I get Game Manager to default to my USB SD Reader?

Everyone time I go to: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=34608

I'd like to put some more organization to my setup, will my setup work fine if I create a "GBA" folder on the root of the SD Card, then just tell Game Manager to throw all my GBA game sthere?

This way I can have:

ROOT-NDS (& PocketNES of course)
_GBA
_NES
_SNES
_VIDEO
NDSSAVE
SAVEGAME

This would allow me to quickly select what I want to do.

Thanks!

I found this finally, go to settings/Setup on the M3. In that menu press select on the DS, then look at the upgrade version or firmware version. It'll tell you what version you are running.

I'm still working on that part...

Still can't figure that part out, but I bought a USB SD Thumb Drive, so I don't have to look at all the removeable drive letters with a 9 in 1 Reader. Plus I can plug it into the side of my LCD that has USB Ports for convience.

It alphabetises the list with NDSSAVE & SAVEGAME First, but NES, VIDEO & GBA folders work great. I haven't had any luck getting the SNES emulators to work, and from what I hear they dont' emulate well anyway. I think I'll wait a few months then try again. Anyone ever get SNES emus running a M3?
