Gaming Firefox 4 Beta 2

I'll mention for those who had trouble with the first one being unstable, or potentially this one- it helps to do a total deletion of your profile instead of just upgrading. Just manually back up your extensions and settings (an extension called FEBE helps automate backups) and do a clean install of it. Then manually reinstall all your settings and extensions one by one to pinpoint what works and what doesn't.

I first tried the beta without uninstalling my previous firefox (3.6). It was horribly buggy and unstable. Doing a total uninstall and clean install helped immensely. Just some friendly advice so you can avoid issues. As of now, a lot of extensions don't work with the betas, so you're going to have to get used to that until they are reprogrammed for the new beta.

The tab bar looks pretty cool

Beta 1 worked fine for me, save a few addons that weren't compatible with it. If there's anything for me to complain about, I'd say it's the number of compatible addons (Or at least the ones I mostly use don't work on it).

I still have the same error i did on the last beta

I'm still missing my "x" "-" "+"

only if i enable the menu-bar do i get it. but that defeats the whole purpose of the nice new look

I've had that a few times, solved by opening a new window and closing the last one

I've not had it yet on beta 2 but only time can tell

B-b-b-b-b-but the only reason i use firefox is for the sexy persona

Will it be fixed on the offical release?

what's the difference between this and Firefox 4 Beta 1?
Internal changes blah blah blah < In simple terms more stable and a little faster.
Graphically the tab bar has had changes.

I would also like to mention that this is not Beta 2, merely a candidate for Beta 2, which is scheduled to be released on Friday.

Or simply backup the folder with the almost unlimited number of automated utilities which do so.
