ROM Hack Finishing the FE: IF fan translation?

While the Restoration project is still going underway, there's been some start to picking up the torch from Team IF. The biggest hurdle afaik is finding someone who actually has 3DS rom hacking experience.

Anyone interested?

I know no japanese but with graphics I can help, just tell me what to write and where ! XD
