I have Final Fantasy Fables - Chocobo's Dungeon as a wbfs on my modded wii. When I select it, it has not title screen, just a black screen. When I press start ,it returns me to the Wii menu.

given your syscheck report, you need to reinstall the CIOS d2x, by following this ==>
https://wii.hacks.guide/cios-vwii.html

USB keys don't work well with the Wii U, preferably use an external hard drive with a Y cable and everything will be fine.
The USB ports on the Wii U provide little power, so that's why you need to use two USB ports for a better connection

I'll try to reinstall the CIOS d2x. When I said USB drive, I meant USB external HDD. I'm using the y cable.

I followed the guide but the game still won't load. It works fine on Dolphin on PC.
All my other games work fine. Also, my cIOS is d2x-v10-beta52-vWii not d2x-v11-beta1-vWii as the guide says. Should I download the latest version of d2x cIOS Installer?

I updated d2x cIOS Installer. Still the same thing.
