ROM Hack File sharing/sending Homebrew App?

I'm wondering if there's any homebrew app that can send files from one DS with a flashcart to another? It would be useful to send files like mp3s and photos to friends.

Any idea?

Not directly (the protocols for DS-DS have not been fully reverse engineered as far as I am aware) but there is this:

It is not quite as fire and forget as FTP or something. Of course there is that option as well but it requires extra hardware (namely a compatible router).
