Hacking Few questions on gateway.

Hey, everybody I got a Gateway card. I have a few questions.

Q. Is there an offline method of launching gateway for 8.2 ?
Q. If I install a .cia file, where will it install, in sysNAND or emuNAND. If emuNAND then is there any way to install it in sysNAND?
Q. Is there a way to stay on emuNAND?

1. Cubic Ninja or Ocarina of Time 3D
2. emuNAND. Only legit/clean cia's can be installed to sysNAND too
3. Close the 3DS lid to enter sleep mode rather than fully power off the console.

1. If you're on a New 3DS then what reno7rox said is correct you can use OoT or Cubic Ninja but if you're on an O3DS you need the web exploit. 2. You can install to sysNAND but it's unsafe, don't do it. (Plus you can only install clean & legit ones which aren't many) 3. Don't switch off your system

Only works on N3DS and is the only method for N3DS.

There's an Android/Iphone(not sure if iphone is supported) app called 3DS X-Loader which lets you launch the exploit offline. Very noob friendly and easy to set-up.

To my knowledge, the partition is created on the memory card (that's in the 3DS. SD card if it's a 3DS/3DSXL, and micro SD if it's a New 3DS XL. Someone correct me on that if I'm wrong please.)

You can put roms (.3ds or .3dz) on your micro SD card that goes into the red Gateway card, or you can put roms (.cia files) on the memory card that goes in your 3DS console itself.

Can I install BigBlueMenu through sysNAND, cause I don't have emuNAND set up?

You can set it up by doing FORMAT EMUNAND in GW Menu.

1. Backup all the content of your SD Card on your PC
2. Do FORMAT EMUNAND in GW Menu (it will format your SD Card)
3. Turn off your 3DS just after it's finished (PAD DOWN + B)
4. Copy your content back to your SD Card.

I installed emuNAND. After putting it in my computer, will it show emunand or sysnand.?
