Hacking FBI Health&Safety Inject failed!

Im on my last step to cfw my 3ds, i just restored my sysnand with a9lh, but when i try to inject FBI on H&S it says:

No usable file found
Health&Safaty Inject: Failed!

Am I missing any file? This never happened to me :/

don't inject it, just use FBI.3dsx from the homebrew channel to install FBI.cia to your nand and you should be good to go.

I tried to, but when i open HBL to select Fbi.3dsx it show just a "?" on its icon, then when i click it nothing happens, just a black screen

are you using the did you installed the latest version of HBL? what guide were you following?

yup, latest version (1.11, right?)

on the other hand, all HBL say 1.11 on the boot screen, don't know why they don't update it but latest is can be found here http://smealum.github.io/3ds/

Hold Select when turning on the console, see if Luma3DS menu loads or go to Settings and see if it says anything in front of the version number.

You are, but you can make sure by holding select on boot and seeing if the Luma settings appear.
In Luma settings, enable "Patch service/SVC/ARM access" (it's not called exactly that but it's similar), which should enable the .3dsx version of FBI to work. Then you can install FBI.cia.
