Hacking fantasy life dlc on gateway?

The DLC can be installed as a CIA, which you will have to acquire somewhere else.

I installed the cia on new 3ds emunand 9.5 (one hour of game play so far via gateway) how can I tell the DLC installation worked? I cant access the add-on content option on game start because it says i need to update. any ideas?

If your fantasy life DLC installation worked, the title screen should change, IIRC. Also go check the starting house, downstairs. There should be a guy waiting and he'll tell you how to 'activate' it (you have to beat the game first).

Yeah it will tell you that you've installed the DLC, also make sure you grab the right version, I had the EUR version and accidentally grabbed the US cia the first time. you can also update the game using a cia file, but you will have to find it on your own
