Hacking Fake/Clone Acekard 2i?

I've been having the exact same problem (I bought mine from DX).

~The sticker looks used (and out of place).
~There's no bump.
~No plastic dividers.

My DSi can read it so I think it's genuine... all the homebrew/emulators, etc. work but none of the roms will; it just freezes on the loading screen. ;_;

I have no idea what firmware I'm using... ('cause I downloaded this AK2i starter pack thing).

My friend bought his AK2i from DX too, but his cart has not any problems, at least what I know...

the AK that the OP bought has to be similar to the one on DX. From what I've experienced the fake flashcarts works fine SOMETIMES.

I had an r4 sdhc a while ago, it was very laggy and crashed often. Some friends had those flashcarts too and these had different problems.

So have in mind: buy a REAL flashcart!

AK 2.1 is older and works only on DS Phat/Lite. AK 2i works on DS and DSi.
