it sounds like the vita checks for eboot.bin - but of course it's needed and needed in a usable form because basically it's the 'application' that is run.
i don't get it.
 
and that asterisk suddenly makes the vita not care about the encryption? :blink:

For PSN games... isn't your account ID (that 64-bit number) used to reverse NPDRM when games run normally?

God dammit!! And I was half-way through the process as well with my friend's backup! :(

So did the OP admit to lying, or did he just make some silly mistakes?
