Hacking Failing to install CIA files through FBI

I've been following 3ds.guide to install boot9strap and all the rest.

But on the Finalizing Step > -Section VI - Installing FBIs, I can't seem to install any CIA. Keep getting an error that it fails.

I formatted my SD card, and also tried a different one. But nothing seems to work.

try injecting FBI into health and safety
use godmode9 for that

I injected FBI using health and safety, they work fine.

But still getting errors trying to install game CIAs.
Would it be that the FBI I installed is corrupted? Or the SD card is broken, even though I can inject through health and safety? Installed lumaupdater and fbi through injection.

How much space do you have on your SD
Edit: How large is your game? I see you have 3.5 gb free

also I dumped a later version of FBI, maybe try it and see if it works
extract the zip and inject into h&s
