LMAO I do but in my personal case I'd take Nintendo OS + Android over Nintendo OS + Steam OS. I just figured that Steam OS would be a more familiar feeling OS for gamers.

Why you defending them so much? Nobody has issue with them because they are anti-piracy. And I don't believe they are truly anti-piracy. I smell a large amount of hypocrisy here. It's like being someone who advocate banning guns but at the same time can't stop showing off and bragging about his roomful of cool guns.

This is a thread about Linux on the Switch, everyone here is moaning they never release anything. All I did was point out that they actually did release a lot of stuff for the PS4 related to Linux. Implying they would likely do the same with the Switch at some point.

You need to keep in mind a lot of people who do this stuff are in it for the challenge of reverse engineering. You then have other people like smealum who are passionate about console homebrew, then on the flip side Team Xecuter who are all for piracy.

People just need to chill and stop acting so entitled every time someone with a different viewpoint on console hacking / reverse engineering posts something. It's stupid to dismiss this for the reasons people are starting.

No one is expecting them to release shit. And so what? They're not in our face with their shit, we're always the ones who come to them. They are just hacking and showing off what they do. There's nothing wrong in keeping your own works for yourself.

I mean it is kind of a masturbatory process to release images of your hacks online but never the hacks themselves. We have no way of verifying the hacks even really exist, so they might as well just say "we put Linux on Switch today" rather than posting a pic. People will believe them either way.
