Facebook chat won't show online list

I don't know why it is not show the list. It still loading. Can you help me out? I did refresh. Refresh with ctrl. Nothing happen. So I use restart my computer. Nothing happen. By the way, it been hour and nothing show up.

There is display message on chat list. "Unable to connect to chat. Check your internet connection." Seriously? It already connection the internet.

Clean web browser cookies, update firefox or uninstall and reinstall firefox(latest).

I've heard it uses Jquery, so in order for you to get facebook working, you need to get a "copy" of Jquery on your computer first when you *just* access facebook. (a.k.a clean browser's cache)

I did look up Jquery, but I don't know how to use code. I did restart my computer. Unless u see my first post.

I did try other broswer. Same thing. What I can do?
