Spelunker Z is a free to play Square Enix game on PS4 and Vita in Japan.
Only the PS4 game came west as Spelunker World.

Is it possible to translate the vita version as its confusing as hell when selecting items and options.

Looks like a fun game, I only played the C64,NES version and the PS3 hd remake.
