Hardware EZFlash V NOR

I am trying to fix my EZFlash V GBA cart. Sometimes, when I load a game into NOR memory, I turn off my DS, and I think that's how I broke my NOR. To fix it I'm trying to replace the part that holds the NOR memory. The only thing is that I can't figure out what to replace. I took apart my cart and found a battery and a chip. Which one of those holds NOR?

NOR is a type of flash memory, which means it's on a chip. I'm pretty sure the battery has something to do with save files.
