Hacking EZ3, my thoughts after getting it, 3 months ago.

It is crap, I'm selling it.
The software is so buggy you cannot use it.

Don't get this crap. Ever. Really, it may sound cool, and most people says that this is THE best GBA cart and the one with the most features, untrue.

Really? I quite enjoyed mine. I no longer use it because I have a 3in1 now, but I never had any substantial problems with the software or anything.

well we'd love to hear why it was so bad, when so many people don't have issues and say otherwise.

i've spent over $500 on flashcarts and I swear by the EZ3.


i've had the software crash on 2 seperate occasions.
once - i tried burning justice league the flash, it doesnt like the rom name, so it just freezes.
secondly - if you try and use version 2.08 with flashcart's bigger than 1Gb, it will freeze when trying to use the EZ-Disk portion.
you need version 2.22 if you've got an EZ3 bigger than 1Gb.


also you're pretty quick to bash the EZ3 here, but i didn't see any of your posts asking for help over on the EZ3 forums http://www.sosuke.com/ezflash/index.php?c=3

what crap. I've had for ages and it works fine. You must have had a bad experience but other people like it just fine
