I could always send you an image of my SD card with just the firmware files setup, and you could burn it to your card with Etcher, to see if it indeed is your cartridge. I'm on FW5, it that matters, and FW5 install file is on my SD card too. Let me know if you wanna try that method, and I'll zip it up for you.

I would greatly appreciate that, man. So I just download Etcher and then write the image to the micro sd?

Thank you for your help! Sadly it did not change anything.

I have tried four different micro SDs and reformatted each of them multiple times, none of which worked, so it was definitely a faulty cart. I have contacted the seller to get a refund or a new one, but if anyone (i.e. the dev, EZ Flash account) thinks of anything, I am open to try it while I wait.

So new question... Why can't I view any jpg, png, or bmp file on my EZ-Flash 4? Kernel v2.05, 4GB SD card, games run fine. Same thing happens on my 16GB SD card. What gives? Is there any fix, or specific format the pics have to be in? I've tried like 4 different types of Bitmaps, all at 160x144, but nothing helps.

Wrong thread friend, this is for the EZ Flash Jr (Gameboy/Gameboy Color cart) Specifically this thread is for the test-flight firmware and feedback on said firmware and the FW1.5RC
Probably best off making your own thread or sending a direct message to EZFlash

I mean, honestly, what are the remaining issues and features that need addressed still? I've got no issues with mine. v1.04 solved all my problems, and v1.05 has been a blessing with SGB fixes. Even works on my GB Boy Colour now.

They've done what they can to fix the Prism issues, the problems that remain are with Prism itself. The Prism dev needs to address that issue.
