Hacking EZ Flash IV for GBA on DS Lite?

Hi, I'm new here so please go easy

I have recently ordered an EZ Flash IV from Real hot Stuff HK for use with my Micro and SP, however I've been thinking now about getting a DS Lite also so can someone please tell me what I need to run GBA games from the EZ Flash IV on the DS Lite? Am I right in assuming I also need a DS flash cart to act as a pass card of some sort? and if correct will a cheaper model like the R4i SDHC be suitable to both run DS games and boot the GBA games from the EZ Flash IV in slot 2?

You can run the EZ Flash IV flash cart on DS lite fine without anything else.

You need a passcard (or a flashcard like a R4i or a custom firmware) to run DS games from slot-2. You can play GBA games without extras.

Hopeful my EZ Flash IV will be delivered next week! Already have MiniSD card and will be playing around with the EZ Client to figure it all out before it arrives
