Does anyone know of a 3in1 rumble patcher which does not require admin access?

Also, I can't get to the rumble menu, I can only find PSRAM and NOR modes

Well, I would like it to be automatic when I load a rumble capable game. And GBA ExpLoader does not show the Expansion option, only PSRAM and NOR options.

I'll add details to that guide though
