Is there a guide on how to use or etc.? I tried google, and wasn't much help. Also what is NOR? Sorry if this is the wrong place for asking.

I don't know if the M3 has inbuilt support for the 3in1, otherwise you want to use rudolph's GBAexploader.

The PSRAM is for playing games immediately, the NOR stores it on the card, acting like a real GBA game (and it lasts even if you turn off the power). There are also rumble patchers and a patcher for the Opera Browser.
