Homebrew Extracting the CTRNAND from a NAND backup with essential.exefs?

I've got a NAND backup from an old N3DS, and I need to extract the CTRNAND partition as a single BIN file. I have the essentials.exefs from the same console, which iirc contains the unique keys too, which means it should be doable, however, looking online, I couldn't find the right tools/combination of tools to do it.

If you have the OTP, you can use fuse-3ds (which also claims to be able to use essential.exefs, although it's not clear on how)

I'm afraid that requires the boot9.bin file to mount the NAND, and I don't have that

The bootrom is equal on every 2/3DS

Ok I got it, thank you! I don't know if there was a better method, but to get the OTP.bin from the essential.exefs, I used an hex editor and extracted the block from C00 to CFF, and made a new file with only that
